Surrounded by gardens and the gentle presence of farm animals, the environment invites clients to slow down, breathe deeply, and step away from the noise of daily life. Each session is designed to feel grounded, personal, and restorative- whether held in person or virtually.
Within this calming setting, Lisa offers structured mindfulness coaching designed to help clients build clarity and resilience over time. Beginning with a complimentary 20-minute clarity call, clients move through a thoughtful progression of sessions that explore core mindfulness principles, perception awareness, identifying personal “messengers,” and setting meaningful goals. Ongoing growth sessions deepen skills such as reframing, meditation, active listening, empowerment, and assessing progress- helping clients move toward greater self-awareness and lasting change.
