This Work is Personal

I created Inner Masterpiece Wellness for women who have spent so much of their lives showing up for others that, somewhere along the way, they lost connection with themselves.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed, constantly “on,” or like you don’t even recognize the version of yourself you’ve become—you’re not alone.

And you’re not broken.

My work blends mindfulness coaching, gentle yoga, aromatherapy, and creative expression—but what truly makes this experience different is that you can access it from your own home – this is completely virtual. 

Inner Masterpiece Wellness is rooted in nature.

Sessions take place virtually in a peaceful, private setting  surrounded by nature and even a small group of farm animals—goats, chickens, ducks, and rabbits—whose calm, grounding presence helps you slow down in a way that feels natural and effortless.

This isn’t about doing more.
It’s about creating space to simply be.

In our work together, you’ll begin to:

  • Release the constant pressure to “hold it all together”
  • Quiet the mental noise and reconnect with your body
  • Feel grounded, present, and more like yourself again
  • Build a deeper sense of clarity, calm, and inner confidence

My Training & Experience

I bring both professional training and lived experience into the work I do.

  • Certified Mindfulness Coach
  • Certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Aromatherapy

  • Completing 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT-200) June-July 2026

  • Master of Science in Organizational Psychology

  • Background in Human Resources and workplace well-being

  • Adjunct Professor, Eastern Connecticut State University, Mitchell College 
  • Over 10 years of personal yoga practice and mindfulness study

  • Professional artist for more than 30 years

  • Integrates creative arts, breathwork, and restorative practices into mindfulness sessions

  • Experience supporting individuals navigating stress, burnout, life transitions, and personal growth

  • Offers virtual private sessions

While my training provides a strong foundation, my work is ultimately about creating a space where you feel supported, seen, and able to reconnect with yourself.
