I created Inner Masterpiece Wellness for women who have spent so much of their lives showing up for others that, somewhere along the way, they lost connection with themselves.

My work blends mindfulness coaching, gentle yoga, aromatherapy, and creative expression—but what truly makes this experience different is that you can access it from your own home – this is completely virtual.
Inner Masterpiece Wellness is rooted in nature.
Sessions take place virtually in a peaceful, private setting surrounded by nature and even a small group of farm animals—goats, chickens, ducks, and rabbits—whose calm, grounding presence helps you slow down in a way that feels natural and effortless.
