Hi, I’m Lisa, founder of Inner Masterpiece Wellness.

I work with women who are used to holding everything together—but inside, they feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and disconnected from themselves.

My approach blends mindfulness coaching, gentle yoga, and science-informed tools with something deeper—space to truly slow down.

At my peaceful, nature-based studio, clients are surrounded by calm, open space—and even a small group of farm animals, including goats, chickens, ducks, and rabbits. This unique environment helps you step out of your busy mind and into a place where you can finally breathe, reset, and reconnect.

Because healing doesn’t happen in chaos—it happens in space.
